Challenge:

This project involved a property with an aging rooftop HVAC system that had outdated ductwork and poor airflow. The vent channels were inefficient, which caused uneven cooling and left some rooms too hot while others stayed uncomfortably cool. Additionally, the system’s communication controls were outdated, making it difficult to properly regulate temperature and efficiency. The homeowner wanted a complete upgrade that would modernize the system and solve the airflow issues once and for all.

Results:

Our team started by evaluating the existing ductwork and vent connections. We redesigned and upgraded the vent channels to create a more balanced distribution of air throughout the home. Once the ductwork was improved, we installed a new HVAC unit with advanced communication controls, ensuring seamless integration with the updated vents. The transformation was significant: the home now has even, consistent cooling in every room, and the system runs much more efficiently. The upgraded controls also give the homeowner greater flexibility to adjust comfort levels as needed while reducing wasted energy. Overall, this project turned an outdated, uneven system into a modern, reliable solution that will serve the homeowner for many years.
